Build Solar Panels – How Much Its Cost You?

Solar panels for homes can provide all the energy you need for all electrical items used at home. The acquisition costs of a Solar Energy System are that if you are building your own solar panels, but either way, saving solar energy will win is much greater than doing nothing at all. By improving the efficiency of electricity use, you can effectively reduce the price of their consumption of energy for almost free. 

The important things to consider is the output you will need from its solar panels, which additional items you need to operate, how you will monitor, and if you buy and have installed, or build and install yourself. 

How much? 

The design of your system begins with an analysis of its energy needs. Create a diagram that shows what your current energy consumption is both in general KWH used and each device will be useful not only for how energy is being used (this may surprise), but also show you ways you can change their energy consumption in the future. 

You can start by looking at the number listed on your bill KWH electricity and dividing that figure by 30 to get the average daily use. So if you use 800 KWH. That gives your average daily usage. Therefore, if you use 700 KWH which is 26.66 kWh per day. 

Then you have to take your average KWH per day and divide the number of hours that receives full sun per day on an average and multiply by 1.15. This will tell you how many watts of solar panels needed to fully maintain its current energy consumption. For example, if you get 6 hours of sun per day, divide by 6 to get 26.66 4.44 KW or 4. 444 watts. Multiply that by 1. 15 and you get 5111 watts of solar panels to install. 

Average costs of installing solar electric if you do it yourself is about $ 7 per watt, or $ 9 if you have it installed by a licensed contractor. That includes the cost of the panels, inverters, cables, brackets and other hardware. 

That cost does not include any accessories you might need, such as additional inspections or power meters installed by the utility company. In the example, the solar panel system cost around $ 40,000. A battery based system will cost about 20-30%. 

How will you save by going solar? 

In the United States, you can get 30% Solar Investment Tax Credit and depending on the state where you live, you can get things like property tax exclusion for solar power and other incentives. In addition, any excess energy created can be sold to power company. 

With solar, no matter what, the system pays for itself in your life. In general, you can expect a 7-11% return on their investment and expect the house to increase its value as the costs of the system.
